Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since you received your Products, we can’t offer you a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original
packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not the United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that
we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

- Packaging: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Ensure that it is secure to prevent damage during shipping.
- Include Documentation: Include a copy of your receipt and the RA number in the package.
Step 3: Ship the Item
- Return Address: Our team will provide you with the return address, and you have to mail your item to that address.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Step 4: Refund Processing
- Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection and will be issued to the original payment method.
